Guided by our expert team, you’ll explore the foundations of gin production, from 
botanicals and balance to the distillation process itself. Using traditional copper mini 
stills and a curated selection of Orcadian and exotic ingredients, you’ll craft your own 
unique recipe and distil a personalised bottle of gin to take home. 

Throughout the experience, enjoy tastings of our award-winning Kirkjuvagr Gins, learn 
about the inspiration behind our spirits, and deepen your understanding of what makes 
Orkney’s gin so distinctive.
