Inspired by one of the tallest and most famous sea stacks in the British Isles, our Man O’ Hoy Spiced Rum is an expression of both place and spirit. This natural monument’s rugged presence mirrors the bold profile of our rum - adventurous, elemental, and unmistakably Orcadian.
This rum has been expertly blended with a unique mixture of Orcadian botanicals and global spices, resulting in a spirit of complexity and warmth. Bright notes of aniseed and spice on the nose give way to a smooth palate of warm vanilla, orange marmalade and cinnamon.

Was O.K. but had a peculiar taste to it which one would have to get used to.
Was disappointed I missed out on the first batch but ordered as soon as it came back in stock and it was definitely worth the wait. Lovely smooth, spiced rum. Delicious neat or with ginger ale, will be ordering again.

Was not prepared for the absolute explosion of spice flavour, aniseed hits first but very subtle, then the other spices kick in, such a smooth rum, a real delight and very unique flavour.. will definitely be back for more.
