RYSA - Blended Malt Scotch Whisky - 70cl

Rysa is a non-chill filtered, small batch, blended malt Scotch whisky, made with elements from some of Scotland’s finest single malt distilleries, including Orkney.

Peated. 70cl. 46% Vol.  

Full-bodied and remarkably smooth, it combines vibrant juniper and pine with notes of dried fruit and toasted oak. Subtle smokiness adds depth, while the long, warming finish lingers with hints of liquorice, and sweet spice.

While our Barrel Aged Navy Strength Gin is exceptionally versatile and can be enjoyed neat or over ice, we recommend serving it as an Old Fashioned cocktail. You will need:

• 50ml Barrel Aged Navy Strength Gin
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp water
• Orange peel, for garnish
• Soda water (optional)

Method
Add the sugar, water and bitters to a glass and muddle gently until the sugar begins to dissolve. Fill the glass with ice, add the gin, and stir until well chilled. Express the oils from a fresh strip of orange peel over the drink and use as a garnish. Finish with a small dash of soda water if desired.
