Tasting Notes:

Citrus notes from Calamondin complement a melody of locally grown botanicals, including Angelica, Aronia, Borage, Meadowsweet, Burnet Rose, Ramanas Rose and Elderflower. We’ve got some woody tones in there too.

Perfect Serve:

We recommend to serve Foy over ice, with your favorite Indian tonic and garnish with fresh orange peel. Enjoy with a good tune!

Love Orkney Foy!

I was a bit apprehensive about trying this gin, as we were already purchasing a few others at the shop, but I need not have worried! We'd attended a Distillery tour and gin tasting, I'd hoped this gin would feature, it didn't. However, during the tour/tasting it was mentioned that the extra Calamondin in this gin really gives it an extra citrus kick, so it was purchased as I love citrussy gins. I wish this came in a large bottle, as I absolutely love it!
