Yuletide - Christmas Spiced Gin

Full of mouth-watering winter spice, fruit and floral notes inspired by Orcadian Christmas traditions and the Orkney archipelago’s Viking heritage. It’s a wonderfully festive Christmas gin that any gin fan will love!

Fara - Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Small batch, blended malt Scotch Whisky from some of Scotland's finest distilleries, including Orkney. 

This whisky edition is elegantly smooth, with sweet notes of heather honey and vanilla, complimented by hints of spiced apple.

Man O' Hoy - Spiced Rum

Inspired by one of the tallest and most famous sea stacks in the British Isles, our Man O’ Hoy Spiced Rum is an expression of both place and spirit.

This rum has been expertly blended with a unique mixture of Orcadian botanicals and global spices, resulting in a spirit of complexity and warmth. Bright notes of aniseed and spice on the nose give way to a smooth palate of warm vanilla, orange marmalade and cinnamon.

RYSA - Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Named after the uninhabited Orkney island of Rysa, this whisky embodies the spirit of Scotland’s northernmost landscapes - bold, balanced, and undeniably smooth.

Gentle peat smoke meets rich dried fruit and crème brûlée sweetness, with hints of burnt leather and pepper leading to a long, lingering finish.

Aurora - Winter Spiced Gin

In Orkney, the appearance of the Aurora Borialis, or Northern Lights, marks the start of our journey towards the long, dark nights of an island winter. This Aurora edition of our acclaimed Kirkjuvagr Gin seeks to bring extra warmth and spice to those crisp evenings under the stars.

Ground cinnamon, nutmeg and whole cloves provide this warm spice whilst pink and black peppercorns provide a lasting tongue-tingling presence in the finish.

Arkh Angell - Storm Strength Gin

Arkh-Angell is a tribute to generations of island seafarers, and carries the name of a local fishing boat that has a place close to the heart of many Orcadians.  The gin’s name also reflects the use of a locally grown variety of Angelica brought to the Islands centuries ago by sailors from the North.

This gin retains the smoothness and characteristics of Kirkjuvagr Origin, but at 57% ABV, its increased strength brings new depths to its complex flavour profile.

Beyla - Honey & Raspberry Old Tom Gin

In Norse mythology, Beyla was the goddess of bees, with a strong connection to the earth.  At Orkney Distilling, we share her bond with the land, growing our botanicals here in the islands, where the influence of the Norse gods can still be felt.  

We’ve added Orcadian honey and Scottish raspberries to our legendary Kirkjuvagr Gin to create this special spirit in homage to the goddess.
